Please use the following form to sign up for your Board of Review.
Once the Vice President of Administration has verified you have met the requirements, you will be scheduled for a Board of Review. The date will be communicated to the Venturer and parent via email.
Remember that an Advisor Conference must be completed before you sign up for this event.
